A MAC address is a unique identifier tied to your hardware on your MAG 254, Avov or STB emulator.
In Kodi you will require a MAC we assign to you along with your partial Kodi MAC address. They must start with 00:1A:79:xx:xx:xx
A very important tip regarding image quality on MAG2XX, they come with video output configured to SD by default and to get the best image quality you should adjust those settings to meet your TV capabilities. Here are the instructions to change video output:
System Settings -> Video:
For Full HD TVs (1080p) or higher:
Video Output Mode: 1080p-60
Graphic Resolution: 1920×1080
For HD Ready TVs:
Video Output Mode: 720p-60
Graphic Resolution: 1280×720
If you don’t have a HD TV then leave the default settings.
This settings will give you a better image quality and a more stability.
There are many STBs compatible with this new system but we highly recommend the MAG254 to make sure that the user will have the best experience.
Yes of course! Many of our clients have multiple tiers just in case any channels are down for a certain feed. Out of box MAG’s support multiple portals. Kodi is also capable of having multiple portals as well.
If you have sent your payment, please wait for our team to verify your transaction. Normally all payments are processed and activated within 30 mins of receiving your payment.
Please understand we do not control the feeds coming into our servers. We simply provide our members with a portal to receive service through our partners. Keep in mind each channel and each feed have to be streamed from somewhere in the world back to our servers. Because of this complexity, sometimes the feed connections are not stable due to weather, storms, or satellite outages. Our provider knows about the channel outages as soon as we do and always works to resolve problems in a timely fashion. Please be patient and check in on the channel as it will eventually be resolved upstream from us.
The best way to explain this and the complexity of how your iptv service is delivered, is by understanding how the service works. A channel is recorded live and the feed is resent over the internet. There are always variables in streaming anything especially in IPTV service. There are several factors that could cause this. The source of the feed could have frozen. The path the feed took through the internet could have had problems. Your own internet connection might have had a momentary blip, or even your own internal connection could experience packet loss to a small degree depending on your setup. Because of all these factors our service delivery is best effort and we simply cannot guarantee any channel or any feed based on how many factors are involved that are completely out of our control.
Once we activate your account you will be notified by email. Allow up to 24 hrs.
